What is a Commercial Kitchen Gas Safety Certificate (CP42)?

 
A CP42 is the official gas safety certificate for commercial catering kitchens. It’s issued by a Gas Safe registered engineer and confirms that all gas appliances, pipework and safety systems in your kitchen have been checked and meet current safety standards. By law, this certificate must be renewed every 12 months.
